Intrinsic HR just seemed like a natural progression. When you're focused on helping others, launching a business with the core mission of helping others be their best and bring out the best in their teams was a no brainer.
Over time I have come to realise that bringing all of the experiences and learnings that I have to business owners was the only thing I wanted to do.
I love a good process and believe that they are one of the key foundations to any business.

Without processes and clear guidelines there is no direction and without direction there is no progress and nothing is trackable.
You can't grow something that you can't measure so having those things in place is so important.
Compliance is something that most business owners cringe about, it's time consuming and can be a costly exercise. But, if you don't meet your compliance requirements the costs could be far more damaging to your business.
I also believe that if we don't approach any issue with kindness and empathy then we are likely to end in tears.
I love the work of Danielle La Porte, so much so I am a Heart Centred and Desire Map facilitator. These programs bring so much to HR and people leadership. Believing that you can create and achieve your desires and still come to this with an open heart and kindness is a wonderful thing.
In the end, I want to help business owners by providing clear and open communication, simplified and achievable compliance and a way to connect and build their teams for optimum productivity in a flexible work environment. This is the way to an engaged workforce who are happy in their workplace.
