For me, launching Intrinsic HR was the natural next step in my career. I have worked within small businesses throughout my career, learning invaluable skills and making life long friends.
That is one of the reasons I am passionate about encouraging the small business community to be exceptional leaders. In a time where corporations are recording billion dollar profits, I feel that the small to medium businesses are often overlooked, yet they form the backbone of our economy.
